They are active leaders at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, where Bailey has served as both Mission Outreach Chair and Sunday School class president. Prior to her employment for the state, Bailey worked for a local domestic violence shelter.

What do you do as Executive Director?
My job is to measure everything I do by our mission statement: to transform lives through worship, fellowship and hands-on mission. To achieve that, I focus on fundraising, building relationships, and recruiting volunteers so we can continue to have a growing and vibrant program.

What are your favorite memories of working at OMP?
Watching a child use his wheelchair ramp for the first time; seeing the look on a mother's face when she knew she didn't have to carry her son out of the house anymore; reading a thank you letter from a youth that now has a relationship with God because of what they experienced at OMP.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A talk show host.
