AS A MEMBER OF THE COLLEGE STAFF YOU WILL...

Make memories.

"Being on College Staff allowed me to truly be myself while at camp. Whether I was making a fool out of myself playing games, shaking a neighbor's hand as they used their wheelchair ramp for the first time, leading worship for a room full of youth, or praying with and pouring in to my fellow college staff members, OMP provides an environment for you to thrive in whatever area you feel called to."

Daniel Curry, 2013 & 2014 College Staff

Deepen your relationship with Christ.

“I grew up in the church, taught by parents of two different denominations the most important commandment that crosses all denominational barriers - love God and love neighbor. But my experience of who my neighbor was changed after OMP. I realized I was connected to every other human on this earth because we are all God’s children. After attending camp for years I became a college staff member My experiences at OMP have been central to shaping my ministry for the Kingdom of God.”

Rev. Kathleen McMurray, 2006 and 2007 College Staff

Develop lifelong friendships.

"As a College Staffer you're able to work with hundreds of campers, tons of neighbors, and so many great volunteers over the course of the summer. You're able to build relationships with so many people in so many different ways. It allows you to see all sides of Ozark Mission Project and why it is so successful. It's all about the connections you're able to form with people."

Jack Vaughan, 2018 & 2019 College Staff

Earn a paycheck.

“I loved being on College Staff with OMP not only because it put me in a position of influence to the campers, so I could love them and share my knowledge, but also because I was humbled daily by being in the position to just watch and admire what the campers are capable of both physically and spiritually. I also love the dynamic of the entire College Staff. I felt like I could share the worst part of my day in our group chat just as easily as I could share the funniest.”
— Allison Erby, 2018 College Staff
