Natalie: Cream Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour 
- 1 ¼ cups heavy cream 
- Melted butter, for brushing 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 
- Place flour in a large mixing bowl and slowly stir in heavy cream. Mix until the dough starts to come together; it should look shaggy and wet. 
- Turn dough out on a floured surface. Fold and turn four times. 
- Pat into a ¾ inch circle and use a sharp biscuit cutter to cut our biscuits. 
- Place close together on a baking sheet, brush with butter, and bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. 
- Enjoy!
